A Message of Solidarity from MBC

The Minority Bar Coalition (MBC) of the San Francisco Bay Area stands in solidarity with and in full support of the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities. We denounce the recent and ongoing attacks against members of the AAPI communities. The United States has a long history of anti-Asian racism and recent events highlight the ongoing and widespread acts of hatred that so many across the country face every single day.

The MBC calls on its member organizations to stand up for social justice by issuing a statement to condemn anti-AAPI hate incidents, and by considering donating to the nonprofit organizations providing direct services to #StopAsianHate.

The MBC continues to stand in full support of the Black Lives Matter movement #BlackLivesMatter and the efforts of each and every one of our member organizations to unite a divisive country during this painfully historic time.
